We are happy and excited to announce that our office has officially reopened. To prepare for reopening, our staff have done their utmost to make the office safe during your office visits and therapy sessions. We have implemented new safety measures throughout the office that go beyond the CDC’s recommended guidelines for clinic preparedness. Everyone who visits the clinic will follow specific rules of hygiene.Among these added measures and procedures are the following:
1.Front desk will have plexiglass to prevent cross-transmission betweenpatients and staff during scheduling and all other transactions.
2.Please keep social distance.Full cleaning of treatment roomsand all office door knobs will be completed after each patient visit.
3.All patients and therapists will be masked at all times. If youdo not have a mask, a mask will be provided.
4.Staff will verbally screen patients for fever and cold symptomsbefore each visit. Upon arrival, visitors will undergo a forehead thermometer check. If their temperature is beyond normal range they will be politely asked to leave the premises.
5.Each treatment room will use UV light to disinfect any germs and viruses in the air.
Although we are reopening, we will continue to provide customized herbal formulas in order to strengthen our patients’ immunity.
